Last updated: October 8, 2026

Premium Locksmith, LLC ("Premium Locksmith," "we," "us," or "our") is a 24/7 mobile locksmith serving Las Vegas, Henderson, and the surrounding areas of Nevada. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit premium-lock-smith.com (the "Site"), call or text us, or hire us for a job. It also explains how we use and share that information, and the choices you have.

If you have questions, call us at (702) 552-1335 or email premiumlocksmithnv@gmail.com.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only what we need to answer your request, do the job safely, and run our business.

a. Information you give us through our website contact form

  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Address (optional on the form, but usually needed for a service call)
  • Your message (for example, what kind of lock, vehicle, or lockout you have)
  • Whether you checked the box agreeing to receive text messages, plus the date, time, and phone number tied to that consent

b. Information from phone calls

  • Your phone number (including caller ID), and the date, time, and length of the call
  • What you tell us on the call, such as your name, location, and the service you need
  • We may record calls for quality, training, and record-keeping. We tell you at the start of the call when it may be recorded. If you don't want the call recorded, tell us and we'll stop or call you back on an unrecorded line.

c. Information from text messages

  • Your mobile number and the texts you send us and we send you
  • Your text opt-in and opt-out history (for example, when you replied STOP)

d. Service and job information

  • The address or location where you need service (home, business, or the place your vehicle is parked)
  • Details about the job: type of lock, door, safe, or key; work done; parts used; photos of the lock or key if needed for the job; price; and invoice
  • Information about the person on site, if different from the person who contacted us

e. Ownership and identity verification Because we open locks and make keys, we must make sure we're helping the rightful owner or an authorized person. Before or during a job, we may ask to see and may record details from:

  • A government-issued photo ID (for example, a driver's license)
  • Proof that you live at or are authorized to access the property (for example, a lease, utility bill, mail with your name and the address, or permission from the owner or property manager)
  • For vehicles: the year, make, model, color, license plate, vehicle identification number (VIN), and registration, title, or rental agreement showing you're authorized to use the vehicle

We may write down or photograph these details (such as your name, ID number, and the address or VIN) to keep a record that we verified authorization. If you can't show proof of authorization, we may refuse the job.

f. Payment information When you pay, we collect what we need to process the payment. Card payments are handled by our payment processor Square. We do not store your full card number on our own systems.

g. Information collected automatically on our website When you visit the Site, our website host and the tools described in Section 4 may automatically collect technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages you visit, the website that sent you to us, and the date and time of your visit.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Answer your questions and give you quotes
  • Schedule and dispatch a technician, and find your location
  • Verify that you are the owner or are authorized to access the property or vehicle
  • Perform the work, issue invoices and receipts, and process payments
  • Send booking confirmations and "technician on the way / arriving" updates by text, if you agreed to receive texts
  • Follow up on the job, handle warranty questions, and deal with complaints or disputes
  • Keep records of our jobs, including authorization records
  • Protect our customers, technicians, and the public, and prevent fraud, break-ins, and other illegal activity
  • Improve our website and services, and measure how well our advertising works (see Section 4)
  • Comply with the law, respond to lawful requests from police or courts, and protect our legal rights

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

What you're signing up for. If you check the text consent box on our contact form, or otherwise give us permission, you agree to receive text messages from Premium Locksmith at the phone number you provided about booking confirmations and technician arrival notifications. These messages relate to the service you requested. We will not send you marketing texts unless you separately agree to receive them.

Consent is not required to buy. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You can still book by phone.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your bookings and jobs.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

How to stop. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. We will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and then we will stop texting you. To start again, reply START or contact us.

Help. Reply HELP to any message for help, or call us at (702) 552-1335 or email premiumlocksmithnv@gmail.com.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile information is not shared for marketing. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories of sharing described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We share your number only with the service providers that deliver our text messages for us (for example, our texting platform and mobile carriers), and only so they can send the messages.

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Tools

Cookies. Cookies are small files a website stores on your browser. Our Site is hosted on WordPress with our website hosting provider and Jetpack, which may use cookies and similar tools to run the Site, keep it secure, and collect basic visit statistics.

Google Analytics. We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our Site (for example, which pages are visited and how people found us). Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your IP address, device, and browsing activity on our Site. Google's use of this information is governed by Google's privacy policy. You can learn more at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Meta (Facebook) Pixel. We may use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms, Inc. It lets us measure how well our Facebook and Instagram ads work (for example, whether someone who saw an ad later visited our Site or contacted us) and show ads to people who have visited our Site. The Pixel may collect information such as your IP address, browser information, pages visited, and actions taken on our Site, and Meta may link it to your Facebook or Instagram account. You can manage how Meta uses this information in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, at https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences.

Activity across other websites. Because of these tools, third parties such as Google and Meta may collect information about your online activity over time and across different websites when you use our Site.

We do not send form contents to ad platforms. We set up these tools so that the details you type into our contact form (such as your name, phone, address, or message) are not sent to Google or Meta.

Your choices.

  • Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. If you block cookies, some parts of the Site may not work as intended.
  • You can opt out of interest-based ads from many companies at https://optout.aboutads.info and https://optout.networkadvertising.org.
  • Our Site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

5. How We Share Your Information

We share personal information only as described below:

  • Our technicians and staff, including any independent contractors who perform jobs for us, so they can contact you, reach your location, verify authorization, and do the work.
  • Service providers who help us run our business, such as our website host, phone and texting providers, email provider, scheduling or dispatch software, payment processor, and accountant. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
  • Analytics and advertising partners (such as Google and Meta), limited to the website information described in Section 4.
  • Law enforcement and legal requests. We may share information if the law requires it, in response to a valid subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that sharing is needed to prevent a crime (such as an unauthorized entry), protect someone's safety, or protect our rights.
  • Business transfers. If we sell, merge, or transfer all or part of our business, customer information may be transferred to the new owner, who must handle it consistently with this policy.
  • With your permission. For example, if you ask us to send an invoice to your landlord, property manager, or insurance company.

As stated in Section 3, text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties, and we do not sell or share your mobile information for marketing.

6. How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, or as long as the law requires. As a general guide:

  • Job, invoice, and ownership/ID verification records: about 5 years after the job, for tax, warranty, legal, and security reasons
  • Text message consent and opt-out records: 5 years after your last text, to prove consent and honor opt-outs
  • Contact form messages from people who didn't book a job: about 24 months
  • Call recordings, if any: about 90 days
  • Website analytics data: as set by the tool's retention settings (for example, Google Analytics is set to 14 months)

When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous. Paper records are shredded.

7. How We Protect Your Information

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including password-protected accounts, limiting access to staff and technicians who need it for a job, using reputable service providers, and storing paper records securely. No method of sending or storing information is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by Nevada law (NRS 603A) and other applicable laws.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Site and services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through our Site, contact us and we will delete it. (We may need to verify the age and authority of anyone requesting a lockout service.)

9. Your Choices and Rights

  • Access, update, or delete. You can ask us to review, correct, or delete the personal information we have about you by calling or emailing us (see Section 11). We may need to verify your identity first. We may keep some information when the law requires it or when we need it for legitimate business reasons, such as job and authorization records, tax records, or a record of your text opt-out.
  • Texts. Reply STOP to any message to stop texts (see Section 3).
  • Cookies and ads. See Section 4.

10. Nevada Privacy Rights

This section applies to Nevada residents and is provided under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A (including NRS 603A.300–603A.360).

  • Categories of information collected online: name, phone number, email address, physical address (service address), the contents of your message, and device and browsing information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited).
  • Categories of third parties we share it with: the service providers, analytics and advertising partners, and other parties listed in Section 5.
  • We do not sell your covered information. Premium Locksmith does not sell "covered information" as defined by NRS 603A.333 (exchanging it for money so the buyer can license or sell it to others).
  • Your right to opt out of sale. Even though we don't sell your information, Nevada residents may submit a verified request directing us not to sell covered information we have collected or will collect about them. To submit a request, email premiumlocksmithnv@gmail.com with the subject line "Nevada Opt-Out Request," or call (702) 552-1335. Include your name and the phone number or email address you used with us so we can verify your request. We will respond within 60 days. We may extend this by up to 30 more days if needed, and we will tell you if we do.
  • Reviewing and correcting your information: see Section 9.
  • Activity across websites: third parties may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our Site (see Section 4).
  • Changes to this policy: see Section 12.
